Our boxing class focuses on punching and kicking the heavy bag rather than using no bag as they do in Muay Thai. The cardio kick boxing, conditioning and boxing classes are all full body exercises whereas the squat squad class concentrates only on the lower body muscles and is a weight lifting class.
